With the new Spam Filter, each email user will have their own quarantine mailbox. You cannot access this mailbox until you receive your first quarantined message by the Spam Filter. This email will be from "IA & IOS Spam Firewall" with the subject of "User Quarantine Account Information".
This first email from the Spam Filter will contain your quarantine account username and password information. This username and password account is unique and separate from your regular email account and password. Below is an excerpt from an email message like the one you will receive. Of course, the username and password will be unique to your email account. This will be generated once a day.

Click on the link within the email or OPEN your browser and go to http://jed.ncspamkiller.net:8000/ to enter your username and password and access your quarantine account.

After you've entered your quarantine account username and password, click on the 'Login' button to access your quarantine mailbox.Your Spam Filter quarantined mailbox will be similar to the one shown below. If you forget your password, just enter your email address in the username field and click Create New Password and your password will be emailed to your account within minutes.

Special Hint: If your have alot of messages to delete, just place a checkmark for each email you want deleted, white listed or delivered then select the button to finish your task.
For each message that has been quarantined, you can choose to Deliver, Whitelist, or Delete it. If you choose to Deliver an item, it will be sent to your regular inbox. If you choose to Whitelist an item, it will NEVER again be sent to quarantine and will be sent to your 'regular' mailbox instead. If you wish to Delete an item, you may delete it individually on a per email basis by clicking the underlined "delete" on that line. If you are unsure as to whether an item is Spam, you may double click on the item under the "from" column. This will open a separate window showing you the entire message including any headers and html coding. Scan the message to see if it is something you want to receive, then click on the "X" in the upper left hand corner of the popped up window when finished. Then highlight the message again to select whether to Delete, Whitelist, or Deliver the message.

It is not necessary to make a decision on messages individually. By clicking inside the small box beside of "Date" on the dark gray row, you select all messages listed below and can Deliver, Delete, or Whitelist the entire group of checked items. For example, if you wish to delete all of the messages listed besides two of them, click the checkbox beside of the word "Date" to select all messages. Then click the small checkbox square at the beginning of each message you don't want to delete to un-select the item. Then click the "DELETE" button underneath the "Quarantine Inbox" to mass delete all checked items.
Just remember, once a message has been deleted it cannot be retrieved... it is gone forever!
NOTE: You can choose to do nothing in this list, our server will automatically Delete ALL emails in this Quarantine List every few days anyway.
One thing you need to do the first time you log into the Spam Filter quarantine inbox is to change your password. You also must keep up with your own password so be sure to write it down anytime you change it. To change your password, click on the tab "Preferences". Then click on the "Security" item. Enter your current password in the "Old Password" field, then the password you want to change it to in both the "New Password" and "Re-type New Password" fields. Click "Save Password" to save your new password. AGAIN IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD FOR THIS EMAIL ADDRESS AS WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THIS PASSWORD.

If you wish to change your quarantine account password, you can do so beneath the Security Tab.
CHANGING PREFERENCES
There are other settings you can control through this login. All of these are controlled through the PREFERENCES tab.
Beneath the "Quarantine Enable/Disable" setting, you can either enable or disable quarantine. To have messages quarantined, this must be set to enable. If this item is disabled, any messages that would be normally quarantined here in the quarantine area, will be tagged with "[QUAR]" at the beginning of the subject of the email message and will be delivered to your regular mailbox.

Beneath the "Spam Filter Enable/Disable", you will want to keep the Spam Filter Enable/Disable set to "Yes" to ensure your messages are being scanned for Spam. If you disable this item, no spam filtering will be done on your emails. There will also be no virus scans on your emails if this item is disabled.

Under the Whitelist/Blacklist tab you can add the addresses of people you want to allow mail from or block mail from. This really only needs to be a concern if the Spam Filter is either constantly quarantining legitimate email (therefore, you want to 'Whitelist' the sender) or consistently not-quarantining particular spam (therefore, you want to 'Blacklist' the sender).
The Quarantine Notification tab setting refers to how often you wish to receive a notification that messages are in your quarantine inbox. Daily is the recommended setting for this notification but you can select from "Daily", "Weekly", or "Never."
Any of the PREFERENCES items can be changed at any time. Be sure to click on "Save Changes" any time you make a change in one of the items.
